Patient Access

Patient Access and online triage Services– Currently registered patients only.

Using our online services, you can access the following services all at your fingertips! It is fast, secure, and convenient!

· Book appointments

· Order repeat prescriptions

· View your summary care record

· Request fit notes and other administrative needs

· Access trusted information on symptoms, conditions, and treatments.

You can register for online Patient Access by completing the register for online services form. (If you are a new patients you do not require to fill in the form as you are automatically granted a permission)

To complete your registration, you will need to provide us proof of photographic ID in the follow-up email.

(e.g. valid driving license, valid passport, biometric residence permit or valid EU national ID card).

After ID verification, you will receive an email containing your access key and instructions on how to install and set up the app on phone.
