GP referrals
If you require a referral to a specialist or an update regarding a referral that has already been initiated, please utilise our online service. Navigate to admin query > Referral follow-up.
We kindly ask you to provide detailed information in the form to ensure the efficient handling of your request by our team.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed within 2 weeks. Our team will then contact you with further information regarding the referral process.

NHS e-Referral
If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will be asked to book your appointment using the ‘NHS e-Referral’ system.
You will receive a letter from us within 2 weeks giving details of how to book your appointment and any passwords you may need.
